Hey Mike, the site does weird things like replacing a single inverted comma with an accented A? Or a question mark.
What?s up with that.
Also can?t change profile pic or add any photos to album.
Any ideas?

Looks like a great array of fine machines! When can we expect to fly anything, with this horrible weather!

And another aha :-) I found the programming port hiding way back under the battery carrier and hidden by it. Once I knew what to look for (from a youtube videp) I spotted the leads and managed to drag it out into the open :-)

Aha --- I dont know why I could not find that the first time. I have just found the site that gives a step by step description on how to do the firmware upgrade, but I cannot see the plug inside the machine that they speak about... I will wait till we meet again and you can show me where the thing is!!!

Hi Mike. No I have not done that as yet. I had a quick look on the net but could not find out anything about it, and dont have a clue as to where one plugs into the gizmo anyway! I have got what looks like it might be a programming lead, but there is no mention in the literature that comes with the machine as to what you do with it :-)

Thanks for that.
I will get the Skate going before deciding on the Cat.
I did have the cross member / float hole alignment problem but after a bit of work that is sorted.
Now the sail and rigging mods that have been suggested.
While the weather is fine I shall put the Dragon in again and spend a bit of time fiddling.
Thanks again for the welcome and advice,

G'day Pedro and welcome to the forum.
The hull is a 1/7 scale Skippercraft Archer 650 Offshore fishing boat. I came from a chap called Jason. He normally advertises on Gumtree when he has the hulls, there was an ad over Christmas but its gone again so I guess he has sold them all.
The hull with the targa top, false floor & baitboard was around $230.00 & freight from Qld to Tassie was close to $80.00.
I have his email address so if you are interested send me your email & I will forward it to him.

Hi Predator, both my father and myself have bought Phantoms to Sail. We have been sailing at the Austins Ferry Yacht club in the little bay next to the boat ramp. Not always the best sailing there because even the slightest bit of weed affects the boats. We will have to come down to lauderdale for a sail one day soon. Cheers.
